SCHEDULE UPDATE: The SHS JV Boys Basketball contest scheduled against Maroa-Forsyth High School at 1:00 PM in the SHS gym tomorrow 2/27 has been cancelled. The SHS Varsity Boys Basketball contest against Maroa-Forsyth tomorrow 2/27 will still be played at 2:30 PM. Spectators with a Varsity Boys Basketball ticket will begin being admitted at 2:15 PM. The SOV High School Football parent meeting will be held on Wednesday March 3rd at 6:00 PM in the SHS Commons. Due to gathering limitations, the meeting will be for parents to attend only.

Last night, Sullivan High School’s FCCLA chapter completed their Section competition. Our students completed wonderful projects and received the following awards: Focus on Children: Natalie Voyles and Morgan Moll received a Gold rating Frosted Cake Decorating: Kaylee Ogle received a Silver rating Decorated Cookie: Kaley Ramsey received a Silver rating All 4 students will move on to the State competition in April. Great work, girls!

For the SHS JV and Varsity Boys Basketball games tomorrow 2/23 at Warrensburg-Latham, they are allowing each rostered player to have 1 spectator attend. If going, please be sure to show them your JV Boys Basketball ticket or your Varsity boys basketball ticket that you use when attending home games in Sullivan.

SCHEDULEING UPDATE: The SHS Freshman Boys Basketball game against Clinton on Monday 3/1 will be played at 5:00 PM. In addition, the SHS JV and Varsity Boys Basketball games against Cerro-Gordo will now be played in Sullivan on 3/1. The JV contest will start at 6:15 PM and the Varsity contest will begin at 7:30 PM.

SHS JV and Varsity Boys Basketball hosts Shelbyville High School at 6:00 PM in the SHS gym as a part of senior night. Spectators with a JV Boys Basketball ticket can begin entering at 5:45 PM. Parents/guardians participating in the Senior Night ceremony should arrive in the front parking lot across from the high school by no later than 7:00 PM. We will then send out a notification after the JV contest concludes allowing entry into the building. Once in the building, parents/guardians participating in the Senior Night ceremony will need to meet Mr. Aikman in the north hallway of the high school.
