
Mrs. Becker and Mr. Rubush’s class welcomed children's author Anitra Rowe Schulte. She shared her book “Dancing with Daddy”. The students loved hearing the story and meeting the author.


We welcomed author Anitra Rowe Schulte to our classroom yesterday! Mrs. McCain's class joined us as well. Mrs. Schulte read her book to the students and even did a couple of activities with them to give them insight on what it is like to produce an original book! We had a great time and it was so fun listening to her read :)


Mrs.Becker’s class loved listening to the story, “Claymates.” and then made their own !

Tuesday, December 21st - Christmas Attire/Red and Green Day (deck yourself out in the most festive attire)

Just a reminder…Sullivan Schools will dismiss early on Tuesday, December 21st. SES will dismiss at 2:20pm and SMS/SHS will dismiss at 2:30pm.

The Sullivan Sports Boosters are in the final days of selling raffle tickets for their fundraiser to benefit Sullivan School's sports programs. The prize package includes the following:
A $4,000 Omni Gift Card and $1,000 Visa Gift Card for travel and/or activity expenses

The Sullivan Sports Boosters are selling raffle tickets to win a destination vacation with all the funds raised going towards the Sullivan Sports Boosters. Sports Booster members will be selling these tickets at all upcoming home athletic events between November 22nd and December 13th. Each ticket costs $25.00 and you must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket and be eligible to claim the prize. Due to technical difficulties, tickets are no longer able to be purchased online at this time so please disregard the QR code that was sent out previously. An information flyer with details about the raffle is attached to this email. SES Parents…this is a reminder that Sullivan Elementary School will dismiss at 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday, November 23. Thanksgiving break begins Wednesday, November 23rd - Friday, November 25th.
The following programs will NOT meet this week: Homework Hangout, SES Children’s Choir, and SES Art Club. The programs will resume the week of November 29th. Please contact the SES office if you have any questions.

We had a great time making pumpkin pies in a bag with Mrs. Sanner! Mrs. Sanner has visited our classroom a few times for Ag in the Classroom 😊
