If you have a daughter interested in attending our 2nd-5th grade basketball camp(grades entering in the fall) forms need to be turned in to the SES office or Coach McCain by this Friday, May 13th in order to be guaranteed a t-shirt and basketball.


After learning about the rainforest and building a rainforest in the hallway, Mrs. Becker’s class made their own explores and wrote all about the rainforest!


Miss Mars’ class has been learning about different habitats. They were so excited to spend this beautiful day writing about the deciduous forest outside on the playground while looking at our very own deciduous forest!


Mrs. Becker’s class loved the AG day. A big thank you to the FFA for such a great day!


These first graders raised over $100 for the Jump Rope for Heart and were very egg-cited to participate in the egg challenge!

If you are planning on attending the PTO Movie Night this evening at 6:00 p.m. in the SES gym, please park on the West side (Graham Street) of the building. There is a home track meet, so parking on the East side could be difficult.

Put on your pajamas and come to school for a MOVIE NIGHT sponsored by the SES PTO tonight at 6:00 p.m. in the SES gym. Concessions are available for purchase and donations will be accepted.


Just a reminder that SES Spring Pictures are tomorrow, April 19th. Only those students who have pre-ordered or bring order forms to school by Tuesday, will be photographed.


A few reminders:
Sullivan Schools will NOT be in session on Friday, April 15th and Monday, April 18th. School will resume on Tuesday, April 19th.
SES Spring Picture Day is Tuesday, April 19th. The pictures are pre-order only. Your child will be photographed only if you have pre-ordered online or sent money to school with your child. Please call the SES office with any questions.
SES PTO is sponsoring a Family Movie Night on Tuesday, April 19th at 6:00 p.m. in the SES gym. There will be concessions for purchase and families are encouraged to wear their pajamas.

First grade welcomed two more members to the MIND club!



Mrs. Fultz’s first graders made some unconventional art while visiting the Children’s Museum!


Mrs. Becker’s class has been learning about the Arctic. Today, students did a science experiment where in one hand they held ice and the other hand went into a blubber bag! They were able to see why animals can survive the Arctic.
