A small group of our Redskin Football athletes competed at the Maroa-Forsyth Trojan Powerlifting Meet today. The lifters competed in Bench, Squat, and Power Clean. Every single one of our athletes earned at least two Personal Record lifts today, with 21 out of our 24 lifts from our guys being PR's! This is a big testament to the work these guys have been putting in this offseason! Mrs. Kirby had Ms. Lawson come in with the Moultrie County History Center's Great Depression & WWII tubs with artifacts from the time period. Students were able to see and touch the items from the time period and get more of a feel for what the culture was like in Moultrie County in the 1930s and 1940s.
